Every full service appointment includes:

Shampoo and conditioner based on coat and skin needs
Nails trimmed
Ears Cleaned
Thorough brush out
Hand dried (no kennel dyers)
Paw pads shaved (if needed)
Cologne spritz
Bandana or bow
Lots of pets and kisses

Bath Appointments:

Includes everything listed above. This service is great for short coated breeds.

Examples: Labrador Retrievers, Beagles, Boxer, etc.

Mini Grooming Appointments:

Includes everything listed above as well as face, feet, and sanitary trim.

Best for dogs who might not be due for a full groom, but could use a little clean up.

Full Grooming Appointments:

Includes everything listed above plus a full body haircut.

Breed examples: Shih Tzu's, Poodles, Doodles, Maltese, etc.

Additional Services:

Nail Buffing
Teeth Brushing
Creative Grooming (nail polish or a pop of color on tail, ears, feet, etc)
De-Shedding Treatment
Medicated Shampoo and Conditioner for dogs with dry, itchy or irritated skin

Pricing

Our pricing varies based on size, coat condition, and style of haircut.

Dogs that are matted or in need of undercoat removal will accrue additional fees.

Longer styled or breed standard haircuts that require additional time and skill will also accrue additional fees as these haircuts usually take longer than standard pet trims.

All quotes given via email or on the phone are subject to change if at the time of the appointment the coat condition or size of the dog is not what was expected.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that things come up and appointments may need to be cancelled. We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Same day cancellations/no shows will result in a fee.

Do you require proof of vaccinations?

Yes, we require proof of up-to-date vaccinations for all pets that we groom. This helps to protect the health and safety of all pets in our salon.

Will my dog be sitting in a kennel?

We schedule our appointments so that every dog can be done without long wait times in a kennel. We typically only use the kennel if there is overlap with another dog coming in or waiting to be picked up. We find that most of our pups enjoy sleeping on our couch while waiting to go home.

Can I drop off my dog early or pick them up late?

We are a small salon with very limited space. We ask that you please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes from your scheduled appointment time and pick up your pets within 20 minutes of them being finished. We usually call or text when we have about 20 minutes remaining to finish their groom. A fee might be added if pets are left longer than 20 minutes past pick up time.
